FAQ: What are your Shipping Methods?
Economy Lightweight or Priority Mail - Ships US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight. This is our most economical shipping method. Tracking is not as robust with this shipping method. Delivery confirmation is provided on all packages, but package cannot be tracked during shipment. Standard Ground - Ships using FedEx. Designed for residential deliveries, this is for larger orders, and pricing will be given through e-mail orders before fulfillment of any order. Commercial deliveries also welcome using this method. FedEx Express, Next Day, 2nd Day, Economy - Guaranteed timed delivery to most locations in the U.S. mainland after the package leaves our warehouse. Generally all Express orders ship from our warehouse on the same day if order is placed by 12:00 noon EST. Delivery time not guaranteed to all U.S. zip codes. See the FedEx website for restrictions. USPS International Air Parcel - Ships USPS to most countries in 4-10 days. Customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer and vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local post office for more details. Creation By Design cannot mark shipments as gifts to avoid VAT taxes as this is an illegal practice. This shipping method offers no tracking number and can take between 14 - 21 business days for delivery, depending on time spent in customs.
What are your Shipping Policies? Domestic Shipping Info We ship Monday through Friday, and strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. Most orders ship the next business day. Next Day Air orders in by 12:00 noon EST are generally shipped that same day. Domestic orders over a pound usually take between 2-5 business days for delivery (after processing time). Domestic orders under a pound and orders going USPS generally take between 5-10 business days for delivery. Lightweight Economy Ground shipments are not scanned until delivery, which is why the tracking information may say "no record of this item." However, it has shipped and it will receive a delivery confirmation scan once it has been delivered. At this time the tracking information will update to "delivered." Faster shipping methods are available in our checkout system. Please allow 2 business days for processing your order.
International Shipping Info International customers are responsible for all customs fees and VAT taxes. Check with your local post office for rates. International orders usually take between 4-10 business days to clear customs and arrive. International shipping offers no tracking number and can take between 14 - 21 business days for delivery, depending on time spent in customs. We reserve the right to refuse to ship orders to countries that we have had shipping issues with in the past. Your order may be canceled and refunded if we deem the order to large to qualify for international shipping (based on USPS guidelines).
What is your No Hassle Return Policy? We gladly accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of receipt as long as you follow these simple guidelines: Items should be returned in unopened or original condition, with a copy of the packing slip, to our Return Center. A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued using the original form of payment used. We will not issue refunds for items returned that have been used, or are classified as un-sellable. If the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the merchandise. We will issue a refund for the item(s) being returned - please allow up to 10 days for processing. If you wish to exchange an item, after returning the item to us for a full refund simply place a new order for the correct item you wish to purchase.
